Period of Scheme

Incentive granted between 3 and 12 months

Payments

Employers receive up to 75% of all employees' basic salary/wage for a maximum of 12 months.

Maximum benefit

The maximum benefit per participating employee is R17,119 per month.

No BEE Compliance

Your Company is not required to be BEE Compliant.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA

Decrease in turnover & profits

The Company is experiencing distress in that their Turnover & Profit has decreased by at least 10% year on year

Operational

The Company is in operation for more than 3 years.

Labour intensive

Total labour cost (Salaries & wages) should be at least 25% of total operational expenses.

Minimum Permanent Employees

The Company should employ at least 30 permanent employees.

Going Concern

The Company must be a going concern.
