Employers receive up to 75% of all employees' basic salary/wage for a maximum of 12 months.
The maximum benefit per participating employee is R17,119 per month.

The Company is experiencing distress in that their Turnover & Profit has decreased by at least 10% year on year
The Company is in operation for more than 3 years.
Total labour cost (Salaries & wages) should be at least 25% of total operational expenses.
The Company should employ at least 30 permanent employees.
The Company must be a going concern.
